JAKARTA, NNC - PT Marga Abhinaya Abadi Tbk (IDX:MABA) has prepared capital expenditure (capex) of IDR180 billion this year. The investment financing fund will be obtained from the company's internal cash and third parties.
"Capex funding sources this year are from the combination of cash and bank loans," said Adrian Bramantyo, President Director of Marga Abhinaya, in a press conference after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held in Jakarta on Wednesday (5/2/2018).
He explained the capex funds will be used for company's business expansion. This year, the company will build two hotels. "For the construction of hotel or property division we prepare IDR150 billion, the construction is in the fourth quarter of 2018," he said.
In addition to budgeted for the construction of hotels, some of the capex funds are allocated to open 4-5 restaurants, including also coffee shops and catering businesses and small offices. According to plan, the company's restaurants will be distributed in several major malls in Jakarta.
"In the near future we will open at two malls in Jakarta. For the purpose, the capex allocated amounts to IDR30 billion, including for the development of coffee shop, the addition of delivery service, and also catering business," he added.
