JAKARTA, NNC - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX:IPCM) has approved the distribution of cash dividend amounting to IDR35.67 billion. The dividend value is equivalent to 29.62 percent of the net profit of 2017 which reached IDR120.42 billion.
"Today's shareholders agreed on a dividend of IDR35.67 billion or IDR6.75 per share, cum date of dividend on June 27, 2018," IPCM Director Herman Susilo said in Jakarta on Wednesday (6/6/2018).
He explained the profit of IDR82.34 billion will be placed as retained earnings. Another part is allocated by the subsidiary PT Pelindo II (Persero) as reserve fund, amounting to IDR2.41 billion.
In addition to the dividend payout, the AGMS also approved the use of proceeds from the public offering of IDR461.89 billion. "Funds issued for the IPO process amounted to IDR22.36 billion." No funds were used, so there remains IDR439.53 billion," he said.
Meanwhile, the IPO proceeds obtained by the company are placed in the form of deposits in PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (IDX:BBTN) amounting to IDR250 billion and in the form of demand deposits amounting to IDR189.53 billion in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (IDX:BMRI), both of which are affiliated parties.
The other decisions made at the AGMS were the approval of Herman Susilo's appointment as Director of IPCM for the period 2018-2023. Thus, the composition of the IPCM board is as follows: President Commissioner Dani Rusli Utama, Commissioner Jimmy Nikijuluw, and Independent Commissioner A Sumardi.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors consists of President Director Dawam Atmosudiro, Director Supardi and Director Herman Susilo.
