JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Property issuer PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (IDX:APLN) has conducted a 2019 Public Expose at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Building.
On this occasion, the company reported its performance during the nine-month period of 2019 in the form of an Issuer and Public Expose presentation.
Bacelius Ruru, President Director of Agung Podomoro Land, said the company has obtained sales and operating revenues of IDR 2.922,2 trillion in the nine months of 2019.
"66 percent is contributed by unit (strata) sales, and 34 percent is contributed by recurring income," Bacelius said.
Of the total strata sales, apartments contributed 59 percent, multi-storey shops contributed 24 percent, housing contributed eight percent, kiosks contributed seven percent, and offices contributed two percent.
From total recurring income, rent contributed 67 percent, while hotels contributed 33 percent.
The most significant contribution to apartment sales came from the Podomoro City Deli Medan project, with multi-storey store sales mostly came from from Podomoro Golf View.
In addition, the biggest contribution from rental is Central Park Mall, and from hotel income is Indigo Hotel Seminyak Bali.
For information, Agung Podomoro Land operates 40 subsidiaries, 12 entities with indirect ownership through subsidiaries, and two associated entities in the property sector in Jakarta, Karawang, Bandung, Bali, Balikpapan, Batam, Makassar, and Medan.
In the last 10 years, Agung Podomoro Group has completed more than 50 property projects, the majority of which are aimed at the middle class segment, with a range of projects ranging from low cost apartments to high end apartments in South Jakarta, high end and neighborhood malls, shop houses, hotels, and office towers.
