JAKARTA, NETRALNEWS.COM - Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini has asked the entire staff at the Ministry of Social Affairs to uphold discipline and maintain integrity, especially in data management. The Minister of Social Affairs reminded that small mistakes can be fatal, especially if they are caused by a way of working that does not have integrity.
"I ask all friends within the Ministry of Social Affairs to uphold integrity. Imagine if we typed the numbers wrong, it could result in huge state losses," said the Minister of Social Affairs while witnessing the signing of the Integrity Pact of Experts at the Ministry of Social Affairs Office, Jakarta, on Monday (05/03/2021).
The signing of the Integrity Pact involved 60 data management officers within the Ministry of Social Affairs. Present as official witnesses are those from the National Police Headquarters and the Attorney General's Office. A total of three employees symbolically stepped forward to sign the pact. Present on this occasion were Senior High Officials and Primary High Officials in the Ministry of Social Affairs.
The Minister of Social Affairs said that this kind of event was no joke. Today's activity is part of the procedure for obtaining an ISO certificate in IT security.
"This is one of the procedures that must be done to obtain ISO. It must be witnessed by the prosecutor's office and the National Police," she said.
The Minister of Social Affairs reminded that data management and budgeting in government agencies does not only involve technology. However, one must also pay attention to the human qualities that drive it.
The Minister of Social Affairs ordered the signing of the Integrity Pact so that the Ministry staff are careful and not careless. On the other hand, she also continues to monitor the legal process for the management of Social Assistance.
Tri Rismaharini emphasized that no one knows the age of humans. So from that she conveyed an invitation to give all staff their best.
