TANGERANG, NETRALNEWS.COM - COLLIN'S Gastro Bar & Grill has officially opened its second outlet in Indonesia. The second outlet is located at Summarecon Mall Serpong 2, Ground Floor number 232 G-H, Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten.
The launching of the second outlet departed from the success of COLLIN'S Grill Singapore and the opening of its first outlet in Indonesia at Street Gallery Pondok Indah Mall, South Jakarta.
Collin Ho, chef and founder of COLLIN'S, said COLLIN'S Indonesia still presents dishes with modern European flavors. However, COLLIN'S Gastro Bar & Grill at Summarecon Mall Serpong offers a unique culinary experience than outlet at Pondok Indah Mall..
"Consumers can choose the main course in three steps. First, they choose the protein. Then, they choose two types of side dishes. The consumers can also choose the sauces of their liking. Of course, the culinary dishes presented on the plate will suit the tastes of our customers," Collin said at the launch of COLLIN'S Gastro Bar & Grill at Summarecon Mall Serpong , Monday (12/16/2019).
There are 11 types of proteins that customers can choose, including Sirloin Steak, Ribeye Steak, Lamb Chop, Salmon, as well as Chicken Chop, among others. For side dishes, customers can choose two of 10 types of side dishes, including Roasted Potato, Mac and Cheese, Aglio Olio, and House Salad, among others.
Meanwhile, there are 13 kinds of sauces, including Sweet Spicy Sauce, Spicy BBQ, Black Pepper, Mushroom, Tar Tar, as well as Nacho Cheese.
"With these choices, we hope that consumers can experience an interesting culinary experience that suits their tastes at an affordable price," Collin added.
COLLIN'S also provides a variety of pasta dishes, such as Chicken and Mushroom Aglio Olio, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Beef Carbonara, and Beef Baked Rice, among others. COLLIN'S also has a selection of interesting cocktails, such as Lollipop, Tequila Honey Bee, and Till I Miss You.
"COLLIN'S Grill Indonesia hopes to continue to expand in Indonesia and become the first choice for grill restaurants for people in Jakarta and surrounding areas," Collin Ho said.
For information, COLLIN'S Gastro Bar & Grill has a minimalist, fresh design with a touch of luxurious wooden furniture. The restaurant which has an area of 2,740 feet square, consists of two floors. The first floor has indoor and outdoor areas, while the second floor has a VIP room area. The total guest capacity is 200 seats.
Customers can enjoy live band entertainment every Friday and Saturday, starting at 20.30-23.00. The COLLIN'S team will package a variety of special events and custom menus to suit customer needs.
